According to their builder plates, the trucks on Chicago's Sumitomo-built Metra commuter cars were provided by American Castings ("Spec 9960"). Kato makes the only N scale trucks in this style (designed for their Gallery Bi-Level Commuter cars and also used on their C&NW Bi-Level Pullman cars) -
