Constructed in 1967, this is one of the "newest" houses in Hope. The next new house wouldn't be built in town until 2006 (although a number of "built elsewhere" houses did find their way into town in the interim).
I used a Walthers Cornerstone "Brick Ranch House" and an Atlas "Barb's Bungalow Garage" as stand-ins for this one -
