Fantasy Flight Games, 2006, 2-4 players, ages 12 and up. A very nice looking game with a lot of very nice looking pieces. And from what I've read, WotR rates quite highly with the gaming community (IE, boardgamegeek.com), but unfortunately we never did get around to trying it out (in fact, I've already sold it - unpunched - on eBay). We took one look at that "Webster's Dictionary" sized rulebook and decided it just wasn't going to work for us. As mentioned elsewhere, my group gets together for gaming once a month, and we simply don't have the time (or patience) to spend hours and hours reading rules, and then devoting even more hours and hours to actually playing an epic war game such as this. At this point in our lives, if a game is so complicated that we're going to be required to completely re-read the rules every time we get around to pulling it out, it just ain't going to make it into our rotation. Life's too short.
