Microprose (by way of Hasbro), 2000, 1-8 players, ages 9 and up. It's Risk and, despite the snazzy graphics (which, let's face it, don't add all that much to a strategy game), it's still only fun for a couple of hours. No idea how this edition is an improvement over Risk I (since I've never played it). Go get ye a copy of Axis & Allies if you want an interesting strategy board game to play on your computer.
