Lionheart, Parker Brothers (Hasbro), 1997, 2 players, ages 10 and up. This game is about as simple as it gets. It's one short step above playing with toys, if you ask me. I guess if you're 10 years old and can't figure out Chess, Lionheart is the game for you. Essentially you duel your enemy with 5 different kinds of pieces on a board. Which piece wins and loses an encounter is accomplished by rolling dice and pulling men off the bases. Capture the guy's king and you win. That's pretty much it. Comes with a set of "advanced" rules that we didn't bother with. Not much here to challenge anyone beyond the age of about 10. If I wanted to play an interesting medieval game of tactics I'd pull out Feudel. This one's heading back to eBay...
