Nintendo, 2007, any number of players, all ages. Wow, finally, a Wii game that my son and I can enjoy together! Yah, I can pretty much only handle simplistic 70's-style "three chord rock" on easy mode, wheras my son can rip through ridiculously complex thrash metal in expert mode. But it doesn't matter - hitting the notes and making it sound right is the goal - and definitely its own reward. I tell ya, if they had this thing back when I was a teenager, they'd never have been able to pry that plastic axe from my fingers. Way easy to dive into, and waaaayyyy too much fun! Crank the volume to 11 and let 'er rip!
