Dungeon Dice is a Parker Brothers game. My edition is from 1977. It is designed for 2-4 players, ages 8 and up. Game duration is approximately 10 minutes (for two players). This is strictly a kids' game, but it is one of the few kids' games that I actually enjoy playing. My 6 year-old really likes it as well. It's easy to learn and actually employs a few elements of simple strategy (unlike braindead games like Candyland, et al). Strictly speaking, it's not really like Yahtzee. But in terms of game mechanics, I suppose you'd have to say Yahtzee was its closest cousin. If you're looking for games to play with your children, this one is a good candidate.
